HOW CAN YOU ACCESS OUR PRODUCTS?

If you'd rather ask, just send us a note. We are happy to help.
We are experiencing some delays in shipments so next day delivery is not available at the moment.
You can visit us in person during our store hours, book an appointment or arrange delivery, curbside or shipping.
FREE delivery is available within 35kms-ish of the store.
Please do not open your door until we have moved back to a safe distance.
Delivery is available outside our local area for an additional fee.
We are experimenting with options. If you need something shipped, please contact us.

When you get to the store, call us. Then your item(s) will be placed at the side or front porch for pick up and we will wave enthusiastically when we see you collect your items!
We do not have designated parking so we cannot deliver to your car at this time.
You will need to have a pre-paid order and a confirmed pick up time.
You can visit us in person during our store hours (1-7pm Thursday, Friday or Saturday)
or set up an appointment on Wednesdays.
Appointments are strongly recommended for fittings.
We have the floor markers, the sanitizer and we encourage shoppers to wear a face covering.
Signs at the store are posted as well.
And we ask that you look with your eyes, not with your hands.
We are happy to help you with in-store merchandise.
It's back! We offer in-store credit or exchange only within 7 days of purchase.

If you have an item needing return or exchange, contact us.
You will need all original packaging & receipt.
Your item will be quarantined so if you are bringing something to the store, you will be asked to place it in our return bucket. We will not handle your plastic / reusable bags. Sorry! That's just the way it is at the moment!
Warranty claims are processed with original receipt as usual.
In store - credit and debit encouraged. Given tap limits you will need to enter your pin code. Alternatively, you can call in your payment for us to process manually.
We also accept e-transfer payments to firstname.lastname@example.org
Gift cards can be processed in person or electronically. Please email us for details.
Receipts are emailed.
As a reminder, please do not ever ever ever send credit card information electronically.
We are available electronically to you seven days a week.

Thursday, Friday & Saturday 1pm to 7pm with a maximum of 3 shoppers in the store
