Every head is different and not all helmets fit the same way. Helmets are FINAL SALE items so we don't take them back. Save time and aggravation by getting fitted for a helmet BEFORE you drop money on a new lid. There are variations between manufacturers AND within their own product lines.  

That's why we stock helmets at the retail store. Don't worry - if we don't have one in the store we will bring it in for you to try before you buy.

Don't fret! We will  gladly offer gift item exchanges until January 15, 2020. 

Items must be in new condition with all original packaging, unwashed, unworn, unused.

NOTE - store will be CLOSED December 29-January 7 inclusive. 

If for some reason this doesn't work with your schedule, just drop us a note before January 15, 2020  so we can ensure your exchange is handled by our Customer Service Department (ok, it's actually Karen. But really, just let us know and we will do our best to help).
