The recommendation from TCX is that you measure your feet in the evening. And obviously, don't wear shoes when measuring!

1 - Get a tape measure

2 - Place the back of your heel against a wall

3 - Measure the distance from the top of your foot to the wall

4 - Repeat with other foot

5 - Check the size chart

And we recommend trying it on at the store so you can make sure the size is correct. Even within manufacturers sizes can fit differently among product lines. Example, a size 8 may work in one style, but you could be an 8.5 in another style.
