This is quirky but...
You can add items to your cart BUT you can't pay. And you can only select in store pick up.
Once you "order" or send an inquiry, we will process a sale only after communicating with you via email. We do not have the functionality to offer in-store, curbside, delivery and shipping on the site right now. So we default to in-store pick up and offline payments.
We also know that ordering gear online isn't ideal and sometimes the size selected may be incorrect - we can help with that, too and minimize returns.
Also, our online and brick & mortar inventory do not speak to each other. To err on the side of caution, we have capped in-store items shown on our website at quantity of 1. That doesn't mean we don't have more. Send a note. If it's not in the store it can be added to our daily orders. We have items we stock on a regular basis.
What does this mean for you? Either place an "order" or send a form fill or an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will reply ASAP with pricing, availability, shipping and payment options.
Is this ideal? No, but we will always do our best to work with you! And we thank you in advance for your support & patience. See our FAQ here about orders and payments.
If you *need* to have something shipped in Canada, give us a call or send a message and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Gotta warn you, shipping is pricey stuff, but we will do what we can with our providers to be fair.
ANY item in our catalogues can be reserved (plus way more than what is in the catalogues). So, even if it's not in the shopping pages, we can still accommodate your request. Like an exhaust system, or a graphic kit, or a winch. There are some delays with inventory coming to Canada so we will try to source the item you are looking for - just email us at email@example.com
If you don't see an item or if you don't have the time to look it up, send us a note and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

We DO NOT recommend buying a helmet online.
Every head is different and not all helmets fit the same way. Helmets are FINAL SALE items so we don't take them back. Save time and aggravation by getting fitted for a helmet BEFORE you drop money on a new lid. There are variations between manufacturers AND within their own product lines.
That's why we stock helmets at the retail store.
Fittings are available in-store. We have a process.
